Dreamin......

This is the one and only magazine that I subscribe to. I read other magazines but this is the only one I actually get year after year. I love looking through it, sometimes I don't even read all the articles. I just like to look at the homes of the lucky people who get to live on the coast everyday. I don't care if it's the coast of Maine or Vancouver or Key West, I love looking at them all and dream that one day my sweetie and I might be able to live part of the year (the cold part) on the coast. And to be honest I've never given the mountains a try, but in my mind nothing beats the coast. I keep every one of these magazines that I have gotten in a big wicker style basket in my downstairs powder room for my guests. My sweetie and I are not at the point where we can live part of the year on the coast just yet, so in the meantime I'll keep getting my magazine and dream.
Safe Travels,
Joan

Hello Joan
I am with you all the way. I adore being by the coast and there is something in coastal living that strikes a chord in me too. Mmmmmmm, one day perhaps!

How I wish I could restrain myself and only get 1 magazine per month! How could I choose between Victoria and Romantic Homes? ...and Country Living and... =) Blessings... Polly

The coast, huh? I remember days spent on Dauphin Island down in Mobile...that was pretty cool. And I like Destin (but could never afford to live there!). But living on the coast full or part time? No...my ideal place to live involves lots of retail stores and lots of snow. And maybe some hot cocoa and toasted marshmallows. Yeah. Now THAT sounds like heaven to me! lol

I always notice your big collection of magazines when I use the powder room at your house. It's funny that you wrote about them!

I too love Coastal Living and live vicariously through the pictures and articles. My DH and I hope to move to the coast when we get our girls into college.
