Shop Till You Drop!

This is what you do when you have had enough Christmas shopping. LOL Maddie went Christmas shopping with us this past weekend and since we were going around in circles and couldn't make a decision she decided to hop in one of the display beds at Macy's. She jumped in and pulled the covers over her head and said night, night and then proceeded to act like she was snoring.

night night maddie I really can't blame her, the sheets were flannel and so soft and warm and it was getting pretty boring waiting for Grandma and Papa to decide what to get our kids and son-in-law. But right after this we found the perfect gift for all the kids, I am actually pretty excited about it. My sweetie and I both looked at each other after we seen it and said that's the perfect gift! Can't say what it is because some of our children actually read Joan's Journeys(and they tease me sometimes, not that I am going to name any names or anything). LOL I think I am done with all the Christmas shopping, we just need to get the food for Christmas Day. So maybe I'll just go take a nap in some nice cozy flannel sheets(but I don't have any)! Have a good day!

i thought you were sleeping maddie

That bed does look so comfy! I want those sheets. Could they be any cuter? And for that matter, could Maddie be any cuter?

Good for Maddie for doing what we all wish we could do. Those beds do look very inviting. Glad you enjoy Yankee Candle candles. It's a very cool place to work and since it's based right in town here I don't even have to commute.

Maddie really knows how to shop...take a little nap in the middle of the confusion...then you are ready to go for a while longer..
Have a very Happy Christmas with your family...

Hahaha, I've done the very same thing! But it is MUCH cuter when a little one does it! When you are old like me, the clerks and shoppers just think you are totally bonkers and in need of your prescription refills, ROFL!

I'm done with shopping as well and so glad I don't have to go out at all this week to beat the crowds of last minute shoppers!
Hope you and your family have a wonderful Christmas and very Happy New Year! Thank you for your bloggy friendship!!
