Brenda's Photo Challenge ~ Numbers

Our theme for Brenda's Photo Challenge is Numbers today and our hostess is Karen from Loved and Engraved. This one made me think of just how much we use numbers day in and out. You know you use numbers for a variety of things everyday but you just don't think about it as you go on with your daily life. Anyway thanks Karen for being the hostess, it was fun! Go over to her site to see who's all playing.

Numbers we're not happy to see! LOL The Reds were losing and went on to lose the game. :-(

Numbers we are REALLY not happy to see.

And numbers we have to obey. Well, some of us obey them. LOL

That's it for me. I can't wait to see everyone's photos. Happy Weekend!!

You and Jeanne both thought of the gas price numbers and I'm feeling like a huge idiot! It never crossed my mind to take a picture of one - but I gripe about the gas prices almost daily. Sheesh
(Did you hear that noise? That was me smacking myself on the forehead!!). lol
Hate to hear that the Reds lost, but love the picture of the scoreboard. How perfect for a numbers challenge!
And let's not talk speed limit signs, shall we? It seems I can never remember what the speed limit is on the closest highway to my house - it goes from 35 to 70 over the whole distance across the county. I think they should post the signs in NEON so I'll pay attention to them. I just know I'm going to get a ticket one of these days. :)

oh, Joan! I did think of the gas pump prices too late! I am so glad you got them... so appropriate. I did find gas for $3.79 yesterday in a tiny town in the middle of Illinois! Woo Hoo!
Love the scoreboard!

Love them all, and my fav is the ball park. Maybe it is because my boys will be playing fall ball soon, but it could be that it is just a GREAT photo. Love all your photos!

Great photos! Gas prices are certainly numbers to watch, aren't they? Sorry your team didn't win; maybe next time, eh?

Ouch on those gas prices! Love the image... maybe in a year we can look back and rejoice that they aren't that high anymore...

The ballpark is great, and I can't believe I didn't think of the speed limit sign. There's one right at the edge of my front yard!

Great photos, and such a bright cheerful blog. I love the beach look!

Hi Joan, love your post and everything always about your blog. The new background is great. Congrats on your one year anniversary. I think I hit it too, but it just sneaks up on you like you said. You are so right in your reflections of the friendships and experiences here.
Also Congrats on the award. You deserve it and more!!
Have a great weekend and see you again soon.
Hugs, Celestina

Aren't petrol prices terrible! They are bad here in Australia too. Costs us way too much to drive but we need to. Love the ball park photo.
