TGIF

Okay, I don't know if I am this bad before I've had my morning coffee but I thought this was funny.

And I got this for my granddaughter Maddie a few weeks ago. If you can't read it it says, "the Princess knows who's the boss and it's not the King and Queen" I thought it was so cute and true. Click on it to se it better.

Anyway, I am so glad it's the weekend. I don't know where the week goes anymore, it seems to fly by. My new little grandson Cameron came over to visit Grandma yesterday. He had to go to the doctor because he has some baby acid reflux and has had some problems after his feedings. The doctor gave Allison and Jimmy some baby Zantac to give to him and he should outgrow this as he gets bigger but Grandma hates it when her little ones aren't feeling well.

My sweetie and I have a date night tonight. Yea for date nights! I look forward to them all week. I think we are going to see a movie but haven't decided which one to see yet. Any suggestions? We are also going to meet our best buddies Mike and Vickie for dinner one night. It seems like we haven't gotten together with them in ages so I am looking forward to that. That is if we ever quit playing phone tag. We have been buddies with these two since high school and we go on vacations together etc... And I think I am finally going to get some pansies to put on my front porch. It's still to early to plant flowers around Ohio but pansies are hardy little guys and I've been itching to get out there and plant something. LOL Anyway, that's what I'm up to this weekend. Hope you have a wonderful one planned also.

Man! We haven't had a date night for ages! All of our nights seem to be filled up with one thing or another. I'm just going to have to pencil something in.

Love the coffee picture. Now if she were just holding some knitting needles. :)

Oh, it was so cute! Lucky you!

I can see you must have your coffee every morning. For me it is best not to drink coffee, but it is not true that I never use it.
But when I am alone, I never drink coffee. My stomack don't love it.
But if somebody comes to visit me, I can take a cup of coffee together with them, and if I visit somebody myself, I can take a cup as well...
Yes, the time and hours just run away so fast.....
It is not long from one week end to the next.
May you have a blessed weekend!

I look forward to date nights as well. We are playing a board game tonight for date night. But we like that, so it's good with me.

Enjoy your pals!

I saw pansies for sale at the hardware store yesterday and almost, almost bought them. Then I remembered all the leaves sitting there, and so buying pansies would involve raking, and I'm not quite ready for that. But like you I'm very ready for spring to be here!

Hi Joan,
There was a couple at church and their little one had acid reflux also. It seems to be pretty common nowadays. Hope the Zantac helps little Cameron.

Date night, huh?? Have a wonderful time.

Hugs,
LeAnn :)

It's really worrying when your grandchildren aren't 100% isn't it. Two of ours have had chickenpox lately and one fell and split his head and had to have it glued together at the hospital - I can't stand the strain anymore!

Thanks for visiting me and taking the time to comment - the butterfly cursor are just lovely aren't they? :)

Joan, I hope Cameron gets over this quickly. It's sad to think of him taking meds already.

Have fun on your date night. I haven't seen a movie in awhile with my honey so I think I need to set one up for us too.

How's the knitting go? I keep waiting for a blog post on it from you! LOL

My new nephew has it too. They call it gerd (gurd?) and they said not to worry, but I don't like it when he doesn't feel well either. Poor thing! I hope Cameron gets over it quick!

I haven't planted anything yet. I don't trust the weather until May.
