Walking in the Fog, My Pretty Ballerina Girl and making Crystal Necklaces

It's been a busy week. I have a group going out on this Southern Caribbean Cruise in a couple of weeks and I always stress about their documents and if everything is spelled correctly and matches the passports etc.... So I've been busy stressing. LOL And I also been walking at the park. We are having a beautiful Fall here in Cincinnati with the exception of yesterday when we had some much needed rain but this morning it was really foggy when I went down to the park to walk. It was almost creepy like with all of the fog and I didn't even walk in the far end of the park where the woods are because I am a big old scardy(is this even a real word?) cat of going into places I really can't see. LOL But it did make for some cool photos. I really wonder what the park workers think of me when they see me walking because I am always carrying my little pink camera in her smashing looking pink case and I also have my Blackberry with me along with my Ipod if I'm not walking with my sister. That's alot to carry when you are trying to power walk. LOL Anyway here's a few photos of this morning. Click on the spider web photos to see the web better.
I loved how this spider web was on this pretty little tree with the red leaves.

Can you even see the flagpole in this photo?

Okay this top photo is of this morning, you cannot even see across the river to the Kentucky side. Here's a photo I took the other day of the same area so you can see what it usually looks like.

To get to this park you have to go across train tracks so I took a photo of the tracks as I drove across. Believe me I have a healthy respect for trains and wouldn't do anything foolish. But usually I can see way down the tracks. If there was a train coming the posts would have been down.

And here's my little ballerina girl, Maddie. She is going to be a ballerina for Halloween and was putting on quite a show for all of us yesterday. She danced and danced to the music of the "Aristocats" singing, everybody wants to be a cat. It was hard to get a picture of her because she moves so fast. This will be her first year really going around to other houses so I'm not sure how she'll be. If every house gave her M & M's she would be in heaven.

I know, I know. I've been putting alot in each post. Sorry about that but I had to show you the necklace that I am going to take a class to learn how to make. Is this not a beautiful necklace? My sister Judy wants to learn how to make one also. The bead shop that is teaching this class makes these woven swarovski crystal necklaces in a two tone also and they are absolutely gorgeous. I love them and hope that they are not too hard to make. Anyway, that's it for me today. Hope everyone is having a great week.

Isn't it amazing how a rainy or fog day can make photos even more beautiful?! Gorgeous shots, especially of the web...and I can't believe I'm thinking that since I HATE spiders. That's such a cute photo of Maddie dancing. Such joy. And....girlfriend, if you learn to make the necklaces, you'll have to take orders. I love it!

Hugs!

That fog was really thick! Neat pictures.

We seem to have a lot in common - Hilton Head, Cincinnati. Now something else - I also have a little pink camera in a little pink case! I think we're twins!

I love the eeriness of fog as long as I don't have to drive in it. The spider web photos are awesome!

Your little ballerina is a STAR!

Hahaha! I've often thought ruefully of how much I carry on my walks! Cell, ipod, car keys, sometimes my camera, too!

Your pictures are great. Maddie is sooooo adorable! Hunter wants to be a princess; unfortunately she got her dress too early, and now that can't hardly get it off her!
