Psalm 86.7

Some of my dear blogging friends already know I am in the midst of a storm right now. Details aren't important to write about here but I am trusting God to get me through day by day, sometimes minute by minute and sometimes I lose sight of God and think He's not here(just being honest here). But I know those are the times He's right next to me waiting patiently like any good Father for me to come to Him. Through all of this I have become closer to His word and His promises and for that I am so grateful. So if you don't see me around much or if I don't post as much it's because God and I are working through this hard thing together and I know who will be victorious in the end. Thanks dear blogging buddies for your prayers and love, I feel them and am so grateful.

GrandFather Great Spirit...

All over the world the faces
of living ones are alike.

With tenderness they have
come up out of the ground.

Look upon your children
that they may face the winds
And walk the good road to the Day of Quiet.

Grandfather Great Spirit
Fill us with the Light.
Give us the strength to understand,
And the eyes to see.

Teach us to walk the soft Earth
as relatives to all that live.

Joan, I am sorry for your hard time right now and was sorry to read of it. You take care.

I don't have my own blog, but got turned on to your blog by a movie review you wrote about the movie P.S I love you. Your comment sent me to your blog and since then I have been hooked on your blog and your family etc. I think the fact that I lived in Cincinnati for 8 years until 1998 and that we are very close to the same age added to it. I love those pictures of your grandkids. My daughters age 19 and 24 are not married but I am so looking forward to be a grandma some day and I guess I live a vicarious grandma life hearing about your fun times with yours. Any way, right now seemed like a good time to tell you the above.
Take care.

I'm praying for you and your situation. The important thing is God knows our hearts and every detail of what we're going through. You're right, He is right beside you even when you can't feel it. He will get you through. Hold on. Sending my love.

Going hand in hand with the Lord is the very best way to go through anything, even when you feel He isn't there. He still holds by the hand and when you can't walk anymore He lifts you up on His shoulders just as He does the lost sheep. There you are safe and secure.
Blessings Joan
