Snifflin, Sneezin and Coughin...........

This is pretty much what I've been doing all week, snifflin, sneezin and coughin......LOL I did practically nothing yesterday except watch TV and read. I watched Doris Day(she's from the Cincy area) and Jimmy Stewart in The Man Who Knew Too Much not to be confused with the movie The Man Who Knew Too Little with Bill Murray(does anyone remember this movie but me?). Actually The Man Who Knew Too Much was a pretty good Alfred Hitchcock flick, the part where the orchestra is building up to when the guy is going to shoot the dignitary during the cymbals crashing together is good stuff. So after that I watched The Andy Griffith Show for awhile and watched poor Opie get a black eye from a girl. Poor Opie, my sweetie tells me getting a black eye from a fight with a girl was not good back in the late 1960's..........LOL And then I watched Marley and Me(an okay flick) and caught up with Burn Notice(I love this new show on USA) and I finished reading the last book in the Twilight series and started my new Kristin Hannah book called True Colors. My sweetie made me dinner(thanks sweetie) and brought me home my favorite magazines to read. So I am hoping this goes away soon but if not I will suck it up and call our doctor on Monday(I hate going to the doc) but my ears and head are a real mess. I ran out this morning and got some more Tylenol cold medicine so I can sleep through the night at least. I also ran into Sephora and picked up this new sunscreen powder from Bare Minerals. I have used Bare Minerals foundation powder and mineral veil for awhile and love it. I was never very good at putting on liquid foundation so this stuff is perfect for me. Bare Minerals foundation powder can be messy so I am eager to try this all in one container item.

Well, I better go see what Opie is up to on Andy Griffith, hopefully he's not getting beat up by any girls this time. LOL Such an exciting weekend........................hope your weekend is more exciting where ever you are................
