HA!! She had to pay for it because it made a lovely chewing piece for his little gums. No one in her house could wear the shoes. HA HA HA!! Although the lady at Thom McCann got a chuckle out of it. She probably had kids.

Love,
JulieNunnie's Attichttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01865570914346451333noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3422880744691219501.post-11160165077843035822007-11-29T12:15:00.000-05:002007-11-29T12:15:00.000-05:00That reminded me of the time Shelly took something...That reminded me of the time Shelly took something from Kmart. The sour saleslady must not have ...That's so funny! The sour saleslady must not have ever dealt with little ones, if she looked at you like you were criminals. I think it's funny; and it happens a lot, I'm sure!

"Mulberry" is a BBC series from the 90s, it only went on for 2 seasons, but it's very quirky and entertaining. A big, decaying manor in England is advertising for yet another person to be domestic help to the "old trout" who lives there. A young man who is a stranger (Mulberry) ends up on the doorstep of the manor to accept the position before it is made public, and he is a mystery to them. (The 'mystery' is part of the storyline~ he is the son of Death and Springtime, and he's supposed to be there to send the old lady to her afterlife, but he can't bring himself to do it.)
He and the old lady hit it off right away, and though she will always be prim and he will always be funny, odd and quirky, they have a great friendship and respect for each other.
It's a nice angle to see on a tv show, to focus on a friendship love, instead of romantic love! The looks of humor and understanding the two give each other are priceless!Christine Boleshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11898338520193338598noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3422880744691219501.post-92164795021740026862007-11-28T19:05:00.000-05:002007-11-28T19:05:00.000-05:00Oh Joan...if Maddie is anything like almost every ...Oh Joan...if Maddie is anything like almost every other toddler/little girl...she, and you, will know EVERY princess, inside and out. It is a fun age, but Christina went through a phase at 3 where she wore princess dress up clothes every single day. It was cute, at first, but as the clothes got older, rattier and dirtier, it wasn't so cute any more.

Very cute story!!Irenehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01270545811471785078noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3422880744691219501.post-18088934996297019192007-11-28T19:01:00.000-05:002007-11-28T19:01:00.000-05:00Princess Aurora is Sleeping Beauty!
